Can I use web fonts for my client websites?
The Terms of Use currently permits agency reselling, until December 31, 2019. After that time, your client would need their own Creative Cloud subscription to use for the web font hosting.
If you want to build a website publishing integration that allows your customers to choose their own web fonts, refer to Adobe I/O platform documentation.

「クライアントのwebサイトにwebフォントを使えますか？」という問いに
「現在の利用規約では2019年12月31日まで再販が可能だが、それ以降はクライアント自身のCreative Cloudサブスクリクションが必要。」ということですね。再販(resell)ってピンとこなかったですが、こちらのアカウントで利用可能なwebフォントを、お客様のサイトに適用する行為が、再販なのだと認識しました。
なので、仮に年内いっぱいで公開終了するキャンペーンサイトだったらいいけれど、それ以外はお客様にAdobeのアカウントを取得していただくのがよさそう。
Adobeの無償アカウントでもフォントの一部を使えます。無償枠で使える日本語は現在7フォント。源ノ角ゴシックや源ノ明朝が使えるのがありがたい。
